This backpack is designed to accommodate a large storage area while securing the content from weather, temperture and humidity. Built into the bag is an aluminum brace with G-Form foam that keeps point loads and impacts on the content to a minimum while giving the bag a harder form.
The skin of the bag is constructed out of 16oz raw cotton double-fill duck. The mid-liner is constructed out of Tyvek® house wrap to assure a breathable but waterproof mid section to assure a safe dry insulation of the contents inside. The final liner is constructed from a 5 oz nylon ripstop orange parachute fabric.
Non adjustable straps allow for a clean and sturdy construction with no chance of strap faliure. Hardpoints constructed with triple stitches, heavy duty V-96 nylon thread and backed with a layer of 5 oz spectra laminate fabric. 4oz Suede leather for great abrasion resistance .
